Catch Roger Federer playing last match in London – an epic farewell awaits Fed as he bows out of tennis into retirement at the upcoming Laver Cup in O2 Arena in Wimbledon.
Roger Federer announced Wednesday that his final match will take place on Friday in the Laver Cup in London where he will play doubles, possibly with his longtime rival Rafael Nadal.
Federer joins Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, Casper Ruud, and Stefanos Tsitsipas on Team Captain Bjorn Borg’s formidable side.

“It’s going to be a crazy week, but a good one. Having Novak, Rafa and Andy there obviously adds even more to it all. It almost looks like I organized it this way, but I really didn’t. I was just really happy that everybody was eager to play,” said Federer, who idolized Borg as a child.
Multi-session tickets for this year’s Laver Cup have sold out but single session tickets are still available from resale site AXS. When they first went on general sale, single session ticket prices ranged from £18 ($20) to £385 ($436) for the Friday action. Single tickets for other days were priced between £40 ($45) and £510 ($578). Tickets for a practice day on September 22 were also made available for between £22.50 ($25.50) and £35 ($40).
