The 11 gazetted public holidays are:
- New Year’s Day – Friday
- Chinese New Year – the first day – Friday
- Chinese New Year – second day – Saturday
- Good Friday – Friday Duh!
- Labour Day – Saturday
- Hari Raya Puasa – Thursday – Take leave on Friday!
- Vesak Day – Wednesday
- Hari Raya Haji – Tuesday – Take leave on Monday!
- National Day – Monday – Long weekend
- Deepavali – Thursday
- Christmas Day – Saturday
There will be four long weekends, with holidays either falling on a Friday or Monday in 2021.
